Installation from Loop Carpets & Flooring

After you have settled on your new carpet or flooring Loop Carpets & Flooring will arrange the installation and everything that is needed to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible for you, with limited disruption. We aim to deliver and fit within 5 working days, however if you have specific requirements we can hold your chosen carpet or flooring for up to 28 days without you incurring any fees.

Our team of veteran installers are all highly skilled tradesmen that have built up their experience and expertise over many years in the field. Meaning they are efficient, reliable and are eager to exceed your expectations. All we ask of you is to ensure that your space is ready for our installer, and that there is reasonable access to your premises.

Every tradesman we send will do their utmost to ensure that there is limited disruption, they will carry out their work as carefully as possible, however in the unlikely event that any of your fixings or fittings become marked, some touch-ups might be required afterwards by the customer. Another point to bear in mind during the colder winter months is that sometimes vinyl backing has been known to crack, so we ask all our customers to have the heating on at least 3 hours before installation to ease the stress on the material during fitting.

To ensure we can meet your requirements, please provide us with at least 3 working days notice of your preferred installation date. If any of our time saving or hassle free services are required, such as the removal and disposal of old flooring, or if you need us to arrange for your furniture to be moved please let us know as quickly as possible. Prices vary depending on old flooring and floor sizes, and amount of furniture etc, so please discuss this with your estimator prior to installation. Please note we do not disconnect or reconnect heating, cookers or washing machines.

Should you wish to cancel for any reason please contact us as soon as possible, we generally order your chosen flooring the same day it is agreed so late cancellations may incur a 25% restocking fee if it has already been cut by our suppliers. If your order hasn’t already been prepared you can cancel without incurring any additional charges.
